Exercise For Cavemen & Women
Exercise can prolong your life. This workshop focuses on
spinal hygiene exercises and effective cardio that we should all be doing.
It talks about the importance of weight resistance training, of aerobic and
anaerobic exercise as well as the benefits of stretching. Come learn to
live like a caveman!
Why do we want to live like cavemen?
- Cavemen are the healthiest example of humans ever to walk the planet
- The average caveman was as healthy and fit as today's Olympic athletes
- When a caveman survived life with dangerous animals, he would live into
old age and experience NO SENILITY, NO CANCER, NO HEART DISEASE, and NO
DIABETES!
- The average caveman walked 10 miles per day (The average American walks
1/10th of a mile per day) and cavemen exercised EVERY day!
- Cavemen lived congruently with their genes
