Dr. Stephanie began getting adjusted at the age of 7 after years of being failed by antibiotics and surgery for chronic ear infections.  With chiropractic adjustments she enjoyed better health, fewer colds, flus and ear infections.  Dr. Stephanie learned first hand that health doesn't come from a prescription, it comes from within. Today she maximizes her own two daughters health naturally with chiropractic. 

Dr. Stephanie Foisy Mills, earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Regent's College Summa Cum Laude.  In 2000 she graduated summa cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.  Dr. Stephanie was also named as a Presidential Scholar.  Dr. Mills is Board Certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.  In addition, Dr. Stephanie has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education and specializes in pediatric development and adult health.

ASSOCIATE CHIROPRACTOR - Dr. Graham Moneysmith

Dr. Graham is the Lead Chiropractor at our Meredith location, Crossroads Chiropractic Lakeside.  Dr. Graham is a  2007 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.  While there he was a finalist for the Virgil Strang Philosophy award and a teaching assistant in the radiology department.

Dr. Graham practiced for two years in Iowa in a family chiropractic office which focused on wellness care for babies, grandparents and everyone in between! He has been married to Amanda, a yoga teacher and stay at home mom, since 2002 and they have two well-adjusted children: Elijah (2 years old) and Violet (one month old when they moved to New Hampshire!).

ASSOCIATE CHIROPRACTOR - Dr. Amanda Mahaffey

Born and raised right outside of Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Amanda has enjoyed the benefits of regular chiropractic care since birth!  After graduating in 2008 with honors from Life University in Marietta, GA she moved to rural China to practice chiropractic in a city hospital.  Dr. Amanda found her way to New England after living in China for four months.  After practicing for a year on the seacost, Dr. Amanda joined our team!  Dr. Amanda says she is blessed and honored to share her passion for natural healthcare here at Crossroads Chiropractic.

ASSOCIATE CHIROPRACTOR - Dr. Denise Ingrando

Dr. Denise Ingrando graduated with research honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida and was inducted into the Chi Rho Theta Honor Society for work as a co-author in publishing an article on Orthopedic and Neurological exam in the Journal of Chiropractic Medicine. She also received the Virgil V. Strang philosophy award for holding true to Chiropractic philosophy through words and example. Dr. Denise has been adjusted since childhood and is a New Hampshire native!  We are happy Dr. Denise has returned "home" with her husband Steve and their son Nico.
